Yes, 'When they can start to begin counting of mail in ballots' doesnt tell me cwhen they can 'stop receiving and adding in mail ballot counts'. TLDR: doesnt say when they are added or give a final cut off date for counting - so presumably all these different precincts report totals at different times.
you seem to forgot multiple counties that not only 'found ' stacks of late ballots but also boxes of mail in days and weeks after the day of election (which is the actual terminology used - only votes made on or up until the end of election day are to be counted - convid 'relaxed' all these laws and more).

there is no circumstance what so ever in a legitimate organic election, that allows a near vertical line increase in vote counts while the opponents count remains on a curve. there will always be red and blue votes mixed in together, UNLESS.... someone has gone and physically seperated red from blue.... which means someone can then go and you know... dump piles of red and you know... run stacks of blue votes through a counter repeatedly (as was caught on video by the backup cameras in multiple counting facilites that demoncraps didnt know about and therefore didnt have access to shut down that fucking caught the cunts red handed)
