well the first step obviously is to make sure it is gender and culturally sensitive...

you cant have anything superior to anything else, because thats white supremacist logical operators, you have to start off with the premise that everything is equal to everything else, at least until the research into er... how shall we put it... 'white numbers' (aka inherently regarded as superior, such as 0 and 1 which as a white inventions are disproportionately represented in all fields related to or incorporating in part or in whole, any form of mathematics, and therefore must be exempted from the 'equal' numbers rule)

Wow, Python is even gayer than I thought if it has no XOR. Guido van rossum is truly a double nigger.

Javascript bitwise XOR doesn't count because its entire number system is only 64-bit float and nothing else, which is disgusting in a world of mobile devices and battery life where integer algorithms matter.
