I use PipePipe app on Android, no sign-in.
It's available on F-Droid app site.
NewPipe is similar.

You would need a prepaid burner phone - about $8
And maybe a use anothers address and make a Gmail account tied to the phone.

Keep the phone away from other Wi-Fi. Maybe put it in a horn antenna. Plug in to a laptop maybe tails or whonix , maybe spoof the type of device is using a plugin.
