The analysis didn't explore the reasons for the declining vaccination rates, but the researchers briefly speculated that the slide toward preventable outbreaks could be due to COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy bleeding over to routine vaccinations, or simply backlash to vaccine mandates during the pandemic.

It's almost as if when you repeatedly lie to people about the safety of an untested vaccine, and they experience injuries or worse due to said untested vaccine, they'll be less likely to trust the people pushing other vaccines in the future.

Regardless, the researchers pointed to evidence-based strategies to boost vaccination, including school-based vaccination clinics, enforcement of school vaccination requirements, and strong recommendations from health care providers for routine vaccinations.

So now the narrative desperately pivots from "Muh covid/monkeypox/bird flu" to "But someone please think of the children!"

One of the best moments I’ve had in the last few years was during a microbiology class. This professor was attempting to tell us about the value of vaccines and the whole class just lost it on her. Young kids, too. Telling her that a vaccine is supposed to eradicate disease and that COHEN and flu vaccines don’t and are therefore useless and only around for drug companies to make money. Major whitepill moment for me.
E: Was texting with a friend today who somehow wanted to flex about getting a flu shot and said he still has to get a COHEN booster. I said, “Ohhhh boy!” These people are so retarded I can’t take it.

I lectured my dad endlessly not to get the covid vax. He went and got it anyway. Afterward he acknowleged it was probably a bad mistake, probably because tucker carlson or someone like that finally chirped up on the subject. But he still thought the flu vax was a good idea.

I can’t tell you how many people Ive seen complain about the covid vax who try to assure everyone they aren’t anti-vaxxers— its just this vax. How myopic!

The attitude of public health officials and many doctors and nurses is apparently one of utter contempt and disregard for the general public. They have demonstrated that they don't feel obligated to tell us what is in these vaccines, and that they know what's best for us. They feel no obligation to explain themselves or their motivations to any of us. So my attitude towards them is rational mistrust.

I have no problem with the concept. Exposure to a weak form of a pathogen to cause creation of antibodies so you won't get the strong form. Am I missing something?

That is naive. I started researching vaccines several years before covid. Before that I was pretty pro-vax. Theres alot that can go wrong with a vaccine. Immune responses go sideways all the time. Especially in children and old people. Autoimmune diseases (including autism) are the obvious risk of all vaccines but also clotting and organ damage and even cancer are alll know risks of vaccines. Wide scale vaccination can also affect the evolution of viruses and bacteria, making them more virulent or contagious. The regulatory agencies and medical institutions that are tasked with ensuring vaccines are safe and effective are too corrupt to function at all in that capacity. Just think of vaccines as an untested product because thats what it amounts to. Large scalae double blind placebo control tests have not been performed on these vaxxes, not past 30 day periods. We don’t know the long term effect of these vaccines because those studies have been assiduously avoided.

The immune system is the most complex, least understood system in the body. Injecting people with rando antigens can have highly unpredictable effects, compromising the body’s ability to fight of other infectious diseases and cancer too. Theres studies that show kids who got dtap were more likely to die of other infections.

And the adjuvants included in most vaccines are know to promote autoimmune illnesses (see autoimmune syndrome induced by adjuvants ASIA)

The industry has been a “socialized medicine” carve out for decades. Its massively subsidized and has zero liability and all kinds of special goverment protections. That environment has bred massive corruption and nothing they or the CDC/FDA/NIH say on the subject can be trusted. All the censorship and propaganda they pushed regarding the covid jab has been practiced for decades. They have been gaslighting parents, harassing medical skeptics, suppressing evidence for decades. Dont take my word for it. The more I read about vaccines the more dangerous I think they are. They rarely do any good and they harm a significant percentage of people.

Good rebuttal, especially about how vaccines affect evolution of these pathogens. The immune system is a strange and dangerous beast if you upset it, e.g. when it turns on your own body. Apparently it also can't be made to forget, so if it gets wrong "idea" (identifies something as a pathogen), you're fucked.

Naturally the human element is a separate (practical) issue where organizations have shown themselves to be utterly corrupt, so you can't trust their product to even be what they claim, and if it is, that it's not cut with toxic substances (e.g. mercury).

Another big issue is that the need to fight some pathogen can be manipulated with false information. They can make every new minor thing seem like a pandemic waiting, to push even more of their product.

Well, the concept of a (classic) vaccine is the virus heated etc. to become less harmful. That concept doesn't have mercury or aluminum in it. Shots they made have these added, I'm assuming to preserve it so they can make them months in advance (i.e. a cost-cutting measure). Whether these are necessary isn't tied to the concept of a vaccine. Something being ruined by companies doesn't mean the concept was flawed (though others have posted problems with the concept itself, e.g. autoimmune diseases and other adverse reactions to the vaccine itself).

Was looking up the definition in GoyPedia:

A vaccine is a biological preparation that provides active acquired immunity to a particular infectious or malignant disease. The safety and effectiveness of vaccines has been widely studied and verified.

Since this defines it so generally, how the hell can substances of unspecified content be verified as safe? A company could develop some kind of nanomachine "vaccine" but it wouldn't automatically be safe because classic vaccines (deactivated pathogens) are safe.

Viruses and bacteria evolve epitopes (surface proteins) which look like human tissue ( to an immune cell) so they can evade the immune system long enough to reproduce and spread to a new host. So inducing an immunity to a protein that resembles your own body might not be the wisest choice. Especially in people with genetic predisposition to autoimmune illnes.
