9 billions for senior americans is too much but 95 billions for the ukraine, taiwan and israel is OK!

Social Security provides benefits to almost 64 million Americans today, with nearly 90% of those aged 65 and over receiving monthly payments as of June 2024. However, the program is facing significant financial challenges.

In the coming years, Social Security is expected to pay out more in benefits than it collects in revenue, as a wave of retirements reduces the payroll taxes that serve as its primary funding source.

Exacerbating the problem are concerns over the program’s financial management. A former Social Security employee recently slammed the agency in an article in the U.S. Sun, raising issues that align with actual data. Through his observations, the agency may be losing money it should be working harder to hang onto.

An issue that’s gotten worse
Attorney Avram Sacks, a former employee of the Social Security Administration (SSA), has firsthand experience with the agency’s tendency to issue overpayments. Often, it boils down to simple errors. However, in some cases, overpayments may be a result of fraud.

You can thank lyndon b johnson for that!!!! Late 60's he changed the dedicated social security fund to a "general" fund. All the fucking politicians have been pulling from that "general" fund for their pet projects. Hence, the fucking reason s. Security has a shortfall!!!!!!!
FUCK ALL DEMOCRAPS! THIS IS ON YOU!!

i think that the country should pay up all our seniors and military vets with a decent amount of money if they only would stop all foreign aid.

think it about what this country could do with 95 billion on americans pockets.

i think that some gulf states (arab) pays a profit share to each citizen of about 10,000 bucks and these arent socialists

[ - ] jfroybees 3 points 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 14:59:16 ago (+3/-0)

Not all seniors. Javier's, the illegal, aged mom, also the illegal, don't get shit. This will only work if it is safeguarded for only those who have contributed something.

[ - ] PotatoWhisperer2 2 points 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 15:58:12 ago (+2/-0)

for only those who have contributed something.

White men then.

We would be insanely rich as a nation without the jews, the niggers, and the various other shitskin parasites. Each man would have an extra $1mil to $5mil in wealth. I'm talking about land, home, homestead, clean neighborhoods, keeping your earned work, and so on, not necessarily raw cash.

You do realize that 95 billion is one tenth of a trillion. Hardly anything compared to the overall rate these jewish cocksuckers are spending fake printed money that we shouldn’t even be worried about because it’s all fake and when it runs out they will print more because the money has been fake and meaningless for over a hundred years and all of this ‘money talk’ is literal propaganda to keep you all feared up and skeered!

the truth of the matter is that the seniors arent getting what they "paid for" when they were young in the labor force. today's inflation is just brutal

a big mac shouldnt cost 12 bucks neither a whopper (regardless of what you think about junk food)

[ - ] TheOriginal1Icemonkey 0 points 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 20:29:29 ago (+0/-0)

While inflation is brutal, no one should be eating a Big Mac at any price, in any economy.
Big Macs should not be a scale of measure for the ability to exist in retirement.
A proper scale of measure would be one’s ability to exist by his or her own means.
In other words, not relying on or expecting anything from the government, whether one paid into it or not.
Remember, anything they can give you, they can take away.
While I have paid into SS for almost 40 years now, the mere pitance I’d receive isn’t worth worrying about.
What, I’m gonna get 1200-1400-2400 a month? 2400 might be useful, but I’m setting myself up to not need it.
Don’t want it.
That’s the goal. That’s one way a person can “beat the system”, is by not needing the system.
I hope it works out for me and I hope it works out for everyone else who thinks and works like I do.

[ - ] dosvydanya_freedomz [op] 2 points 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 20:33:21 ago (+2/-0)

i was making an example and i think that you are smart enough to know that.

That’s the goal. That’s one way a person can “beat the system”, is by not needing the system.
I hope it works out for me and I hope it works out for everyone else who thinks and works like I do.

unfortunately, not everyone shares your values or your fate. circumstances happens and no this is not an excuse. there are people really hurting out there for many reasons.

[ - ] TheOriginal1Icemonkey 0 points 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 20:42:17 ago (+1/-1)

I accept your example, but I challenge your “circumstances”.
While I accept, as I have seen, many a people deal with insurmountable circumstances such as death, injury, what have you, I will always go back to ‘choices’.
We all make choices. Some of us make good choices, some of us make poor choices. Some don’t think about anything at all, they just go through life thinking that life is a thing that ‘happens’ to them.
I have made some really poor choices in my past. These choices put me on the streets in the drug and loser scene back in the 1990s.
I, and I alone, made different choice and chose to stop sucking at life and to do better.
That’s where I come from.

Fate is kind, eh?

Well, I haven't seen a Republican fill up that fund, ever. Trump fired a bunch of dead weight and that was the best we got.

[ - ] Puller_of_Noses 4 points 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 14:16:00 ago (+4/-0)

Maybe if they stopped giving illegal invaders...
40 million of them...
Social Security benefits, there would be enough to provide for the old people who paid into it their entire fucking lives.

[ - ] TheOriginal1Icemonkey 1 point 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 19:10:52 ago (+1/-0)

I’ve paid into it all my life as well and I’ve grown to hate the idea of drawing any ‘nigger money’.
They can keep it. I’ll do plenty fine on my own.
I don’t want their medical shit either, whatever it’s called.
I’ve got my own, it’s called, cash.

That any nation's tax dollars can become a foreign states donation is ludicrous.

[ - ] MaryXmas 2 points 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 13:54:33 ago (+2/-0)

It is too much for the elderly. They have had 4 decades of the best economic growth in the history of the world. But giving money to foreign wars is unnacceptable.

[ - ] dosvydanya_freedomz [op] 3 points 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 14:06:51 ago (+4/-1)*

It is too much for the elderly.

dont think so. food is expensive, insurance, taxes, clothing, mortgages(rents even) electricity, internet they have to pay premiums for medicare too.

i dont think that a senior can live with just 1 grand or 2 a month alone. my dad which is in the early 70's is retired but he has to do menial work still do make ends meet.

thus, i respectfully disagree with ya but yeah i also agree that giving money to foreigners like candy is just bad policy

[ - ] jfroybees 4 points 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 15:05:26 ago (+4/-0)

Generations of White families need to start pooling resources and living together again. Living alone is what really gets our elders. Ideally each generation would have their own abode on a sufficiently-sized shared lot of land. Now White families are scattered all over struggling. We have to go back.

[ - ] dosvydanya_freedomz [op] 2 points 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 15:20:20 ago (+2/-0)

i second your idea, its a great idea

[ - ] HomerSampson 1 point 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 15:40:17 ago (+1/-0)

Yea. Big houses with several generations. All the homes I've owned I've converted the basements into apartments. Let the tenant downstairs pay the mortgage and property taxes.

[ - ] jfroybees 1 point 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 17:28:02 ago (+1/-0)

In my travels I have discovered that people can be on the spectrum of sociopath and psycopathic narcissists. Tenants included. People start out all normal, but then things awry. With family, one has at least a 50-50 chance of peace 75% of the time. Immediate family only need apply.

[ - ] MaryXmas -1 points 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 21:41:32 ago (+0/-1)

1-2 grand a month? sure they can. I mean, is it comfortable, no. But they should have thought about that sometime in the last 4 decades.

[ - ] dosvydanya_freedomz [op] 1 point 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 22:29:03 ago (+1/-0)

in principle i agree that people should plan for the future but havent you noticed that crap tends to happens?

how many lost their 401k during the last economic crisis. are you going to blame those people for wall street's theft?

empathy is something that humans share.lack of empathy is pure sociopathy and psychopathy. we are talking about elders here the best that you can do is to make their lives less stressful before they kick the bucket

remember you will be an elder too someday (that's if you make it that is, nobody knows their day and hour)

[ - ] MaryXmas 0 points 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 23:36:37 ago (+0/-0)

Don't be so heartless MaryXmas! The last financial crisis? You mean in 2009-2015? I remember that. I couldn't eat during that time because I didn't have a job and I didn't get those equality gibbs because I was the wrong color. I am 6 ft and was 145 pounds. That's anorexic- 18 BMI. I wore a size "small".
Why? Because I couldn't afford to buy food and wouldn't steal it.
And you, size 38 husky get to lecture me about my responsibilities, you haven't been hungry a day in your life. Absolutely disgusting.

[ - ] NeverHappened 0 points 6 monthsOct 14, 2024 10:48:59 ago (+0/-0)

One of your worst takes. I didn't think you were so heartless.

[ - ] boekanier 1 point 6 monthsOct 14, 2024 03:52:14 ago (+1/-0)

when hostile forces occupy your country, you get things like this

[ - ] Indoctrinated_USA 1 point 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 17:44:50 ago (+1/-0)

Neither are okay.
The reasons are irrelevant.
The boomer contributed roughly 53% of the benefit they draw.
That makes it a social entitlement.
We're bankrupt and welfare is the luxury of a rich nation.
This is the world the boomer wanted, so let them have it.

[ - ] FreeinTX 1 point 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 15:46:29 ago (+1/-0)

$95 Billion?

$200 Billion for just Ukraine.

[ - ] NoRefunds 1 point 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 15:39:43 ago (+1/-0)

And it's a nigger complaining too.

[ - ] hylo 0 points 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 21:42:28 ago (+0/-0)

As a rancher how much money would you put into your aging cattle the don't produce milk?

[ - ] dosvydanya_freedomz [op] 0 points 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 22:24:06 ago (+1/-1)

are you saying just because old people cannot longer be productive that they should be mistreated economically? then what separates you from the people that are running the show? they have similar beliefs, whats more they also consider you expendable and execrable because you are not them.

personally, a society that doesnt treat their elders, childs and handicapped well is a type of society that sooner or later will crumble. believe it or not morality matters and it affects everything but that's another topic for another thread and day

personally, our elders should be thanked for making the next generation possible. but that's just me

[ - ] hylo 0 points 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 22:43:06 ago (+0/-0)

That's not my belief, I'm merely describing what is happening.

[ - ] TheOriginal1Icemonkey 0 points 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 19:04:58 ago (+1/-1)

Funny thing is, most seniors I know are accomplished and have massive savings and investments. Most of these folks can buy me outright anytime, and I’m worth a few shekels.
While I don’t wish for anyone who is old and unable, to go without, I do wish that these old cocksuckers had made better decisions in their life so no one has to be responsible for their old stanky asses.
Seriously.
Fuck.

[ - ] PostWallHelena 0 points 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 16:18:26 ago (+0/-0)

Obviously end all foreign aid. Also end social security. Welfare is not ok even for old people. You should see how good welfare pays at my dads 55+ community.

We cannot afford to pay people $2000 a month plus free healthcare for 25 years of their life. Families need to support their own elderly. SS is one of the most harmful tools destroying our families and our economy. Its not earned.

[ - ] hylo 0 points 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 22:43:59 ago (+0/-0)

But who is going to take care of the aging faggots?

[ - ] PostWallHelena 0 points 6 monthsOct 13, 2024 22:57:31 ago (+0/-0)

Their families
