They're not counting all the private individuals that work for companies whose client is the government such as defense contractors and all kinds of civil service employees or whatever that work for companies that sell to the government. That real estate companies that provide real estate leases to the government furniture to the government fuel to the government electricity to the government just all kinds of other things that go to the government that employ people

Sometimes that's wonder I wonder if it's not as high as 50% of people work directly or indirectly for the government.

And they get this proportionately higher salaries and pensions that people who do not want for the government or don't work for a company that sells to the government
