I think that instead of spike protein, the vax could be programmed to produce a cancer epitope, which would trigger the immune system to mount an attack against a specific type of cancer cell which contained that epitope. Theoretically.

The nanobot technologies for cancer treatment are I think much further off in the future in terms of useable technology.

But the mRNA vaccine platform is theoretically currently implementable as a cancer treatment. They use nanonparticles, not nanobots. It would program your cells to produce a cancer protein (not actual cancer) which would activate the immune system to attack the real cancer. You are right all kinds of shit could go wrong if it isn’t properly tested. We now see just how corrupt our safety testing system is. And they would likely push all these cancers vaccines on people with low cancer risks to make $$$$ and argue that you are creating a medical burden on society by refusing them.
