Northern Lights put on a display for 2 consecutive nights

I've heard they are even nicer in Canada, but in MN are gorgeous.

Ya what people don't know is these are only seen this way through a camera.

Very rarely, like in greenland or alaska, can be seen like this to naked eye.

remember, if you are seeing red colours. You are bathing in gamma radiation that is hitting the ground. Red northern lights = bad shit.

I'm reading green to red is from oxygene, and purple to blue is emitted from nitrogene. In lower altitudes red and blue mean extremely high solar activity, yeah. I never seen aurora in real, must be nice.
