That's an AI generated car, obvious by the goofy lettering on its badges. The sad fact is that a Bel Air like the one shown here wouldn't pass muster for modern US safety regulations. Where's the airbags or shoulder harness seatbelts? Also at 4:26 it appears to have a gauge cluster on the passenger side.
