i wanna say i was born at a hospital at sea level but i think its about 15-20 feet above. but its about.... 50 meters away from port phillip bay which opens out to the bass straight. theres a park, a road, and a beach between it. zero buildings.
its always been about 50 meters away. my entire life. its not a hospital anymore. hasnt been for decades. ive been overseas twice and havent been over that side of the city for 3 years now... and yet i still seem to notice the same thing every time i do get out that way... that there seems to be a complete lack of the sea, getting any closer to that hospital... or any higher up the shore. i mean... id fucking notice. anyone in that suburb would. low tides means the place stinks like fucking shit. if it doesnt smell like shit at least twice a day, then its because theres no shore left for shit to get washed up on to rot and stink at low tide... and in that particular place, the spot 100m out where you can suddenly go from full swimming to sitting on your ass on a sand bank, ends in drowning.
New Orleans is still there. They didn't even get rid of most of the niggers.
And, New Orleans was a shithole city with no money before Kitrina. Florida isn't Louisiana. Those filthy fuckin' Florida jews will build that shit back in no time.
TGH is on Davis Island that is just COVERED with rich people. Mostly old money, but the occasional celebrity too. When them and their like's shit goes and they cry to the insurance company, insurance premiums will be unbearable for the rest of us. A lot of people will sell. The highest, fastest bidder is ALWAYS Blackrock.
Strange how this shit works. Blackrock is uniquely positioned to buy up lithium and quartz mines, and about two weeks later will be in a position to buy up large swaths of land on what is arguably considered to be the best beaches in the country.
its only really a clusterfuck if man made global warming is real.
question. is that hospital insured? who insured them? does the insurance company subscribed to the green energy save the world from man made global warming membership thing? if so....
why are they insuring something if they believe its going to be swamped in the next few years. if they dont believe its going to be swamped (indicated by the fact they insured it) then why not... is there a reason global sea levels arent applicable here? is it in a massive lake with no access to sea and therefore this entire post is completely irrelevant? or do they just not believe anything is going to be swamped.... and thats why they insure things that are ... exactly where their corporate people claim is going to be destroyed if you dont give them more money?
break ya windows and demand protection payments scam much?

Hello again Trumpmann1488. Wishing you all the best thru the hurricane. Don't be worried, but do be prepared.
I've been thru over a dozen hurricanes and I worry not. I prepare and then I carry on. When I was young and living in New Orleans, my friends and I would drive down to Grand Isle the day before the storm to play in the waves. We'd then go home and ride out the storm. Day after the storm, we'd go tubing in Louisiana's normally slow moving little rivers, but after the storms, they'd be roaring and an all day trip would only take an hour. Great fun.
Someday you'll be an old man like me and will look back on all the interesting and exciting things you've seen and experienced. You'll tell young whippersnappers about it and they will look at you in awe.
