Plot twist - allegedly to receive the $750, they must first apply and then the homeowners are required to sign a document before the funds are issued. In that document small print it explains that the money is simply a loan and if any of the individuals default (even by a single dollar) paying it back - the property can be/ will be taken by the Federal Government.
