Copilot seems kinda crappy

I'm getting better results generating code from OpenAI. Anybody have a good experience with Copilot?

I have used Codeium inside of VScode, but not Copilot.

It's been alright, but it does kinda get in your way if you're doing your own thing.

I've tried Cody, which is also free. It's good for small tasks like stylesheet foo.

I wanted to generate a react component with specific instructions. Copilot just hung, did nothing. Same prompt to OpenAI, and it gives me something I can work with.

Most people suck at working with an LLM, and then the models also need improvement.

I don’t suck at using llms. Of course there’s always room for improvement but in this case i have skills.
