The airplanes stopped spraying

The sky is a beautiful blue, something I haven't seen in years. There aren't any plane contrails everywhere like usual. The planes exhaust trails dissipate quickly, just like they did when I was a kid.

yeah it's really funny because I lived near 4 different airports in different states. If 'contrails' were just steam/clouds etc, you'd see tons and tons of them on the departure flights or all on the way in. But nope, you only see them certain days, and they're always either a checkered pattern or rows, perfectly spaced.

There's never a contrail on this part of the California coast. Not beautiful blue yet because the fog hasn't fully burned off at 9:50 am. But it's going to be a clear blue sky again today. The high will be 78 at 3 pm, as our heat wave is starting to taper off.

Fog has mostly burned off by 10:30. This is the normal sky when it's not foggy.

They sprayed the hell out of the hurricane to make it stronger. Now they're probably relaxing and laughing at the aftermath. Just a guess.

They stopped when Trump took office.

I live in a place where the skies used to be a complete checkerboard. It all stopped.
