Any judge with an IQ of 110, give or take, would see a red flag with the "extortion" claim, then the ripple effect, now he questions the validity of the "abuse of power", CUI BONO?, was there slave (free) labor involved where there was a fear of harsh penalty and punishment, or is the plaintiff in an apartment owned by the defendant who just gave notice that the 2 years back rent has to be paid within the next 6months? "Abuse of power" is typically associated with government/military,law enforcement elements or individuals/CEOs with enough wealth to influence...as for "greed" being a litigious matter...get fucked, it's not illegal to be a greedy fuck, but then by what standards is the claim of greed being compared with, is it because the plaintiff doesn't have as much money as the defendant?
I see nothing but emotional bias and vengeful intent.
