What is impressive about this particular guy is that he flips watches (kinda skeevy), but he has appreciation for them far beyond most people. He’s just a 24 or so year-old working class NYC Italian kid and he is already able to service and masterfully polish Rolexes and Pateks without ever having been to watchmaking school. He’s just a savant.

There are other channels where you can watch master watchmakers fully dissemble, clean and reassemble watches and it is almost serene to behold.

The watches are covered in diamonds, cant keep track of time now, and are coveted by nigs for highly inflated soeculative values like shoes almost now.

That watch has some diamonds. None of mine do. Still has a beautiful case and movement. Most of the watches you see niggers with are called “Bust Downs” that have after market diamonds on them. No one wants them and that is why a bust down vs. the same model untouched will have a huge difference in price.

Yep, i sometimes watch a couple of watch channels (CRM jewelers et al) . Niggers will spend $120 000 on a custom made gaudy af diamond encrusted rolex that might have a resale value of $20-30 000 grand because NO ONE WANTS A STUPID LOOKING 'BESPOKE' TIMEPEICE.

I hate Gray Market channels. You can learn something, but there is so much tasteless haggling and big nose nonsense. I enjoy the channel of genuine enthusiasts more than the profiteers. I like guys like J. Anthony and Watch Eric. I hate most of the 47th Street crew except for Reem the Dream and that TuscanyRose Jewish guy.

Little story - I once inherited two Seiko (a self-winding) automatic diver watches from my older brother, in the late 90's early 2000's.
The red and blue SKX009 and the Black face turtle self-winding automatic iirc (both maybe NZD $1 200-1400 at the time).
Wore the turtle to a x ray one time and left it there without realizing (later that week couldn't recall what i had done with it). finally clicked i had it last at the xray - called them up maybe one week later - 'Yes we have this watch in our lost property' - went back to get it the next week (so 2/3 weeks max had passed) - fckers could not find it, and basically told me - it must have been thrown out as it's not our policy to retain lost merchandise if there is no indication of anyone claiming it in our records/ disputing the fact i had actually called and claimed it. I'm still pissed to this day about it. Some shit head swiped it from the lost property and either they didnt write down my call or just tossed the docket.
