Many of you don't understand this about government and spending. So they get some number with a lot of , in the number each year.

They spent this money with sysco and other suppliers. They use that money or they get that deducted next year from the budget.

It isnt like they are going to have congress sit down and plan a committee to hear budgeting for this?

A 10 or so person FEMA team used to stay at a hotel I worked at in Brooklyn about 5 years ago. Depends on the jet ski (fuel tank sizes vary widely) and other factors (how fast you're going, water conditions, wind, size of rider etc.) but you could easily go 100+ miles on one tank at a medium speed on many crafts.
