Reminder: Vote Harder This Election Season

submitted by SilentByAssociation to whatever 8 monthsOct 1, 2024 09:24:33 ago (+6/-0)     (whatever)

Vote intentionally, vote with discipline. Keep that discipline beyond election season. Your biggest vote is with your dollars. Be intentional about where your dollars go. Stay disciplined in your finances. Turn off the fan and the light when you leave a room (that's electricity you're not using that you're paying for). Avoid the "quick snack" at the gas station's convenience store (it's commercial food anyway). Keep money within your community.

Imagine what would happen if people stopped voting for the IRS.

Click bait title. Food for thought.

I'm a little amused that people think they can end this peacefully. I hope they are right and I am wrong.

That's a fair position. I really don't think there are good chances of things ending peacefully, but there may still be a small window. Regardless, it's the mindset. Think about where your dollars are going and what you're funding.

Earlier today I was reading about some boomer who canceled Netflix because;

I canceled Netflix , as soon as I found out that they are promoting communism.

And that's among countless boomers asking what everybody is watching on Netflix these days. This is what their pensions and SS income is funding.

It's been known for years now that the Obamas signed a multi-year agreement to produce content for Netflix. Some of these boomers wouldn't know communism if it funded their retirement every month.

We voted here in the room, just now. We'll be coming for your stuff. If you have any issue, you can take it up with the people you vote for.

Question: "If I have a relative who died, and was then cremated, but can still fill out the absentee ballot, can she still vote?"

democrats: "If she was a democrat, she sure can!"

Do they really discriminate when you're dead? If you're dead AND were registered to vote, then your posthumous vote is fair game.

That's why in democrat controlled areas it is so important for them to NOT purge the voter rolls of dead people.

As far as they are concerned that is a precious resource.

And as we have seen over and over again, the absentee/mail-in ballots still get either mailed out, either to registered democrat voting relatives of the deceased, or to local dnc hqs, to be filled out and sent in anyway.
