Skipping all the fluff here's the part you want

"A warning sign I look for in my patients is a build-up of cholesterol deposits in the skin, known as xanthelasmas or xanthomas. These are yellowish waxy plaques of cholesterol, usually 10 to 12mm in size. There may be one or two of these, or there could be loads.

They start as small yellow nodules, like seeds, but can grow – if the cholesterol is high enough – to be several centimetres long.

Typically you see them in the delicate skin just below the lower eyelids but they can also appear on the knees, hands and feet: wherever they are, they are a warning that cholesterol levels should be checked.

Another sign is an arcus senilis, a grey ring around the edge of the irises in your eyes, although why they appear here is not clear.

Xanthomas do regress within weeks or months of cholesterol levels lowering but an arcus senilis will remain for good."

Wow the eye pictures

I went to the doctor and told him I thought my cholesterol was high because of similar marks. The guy started trying to argue with me.. who told you that? Why do you think that?

I'm just like "check my blood bitch and shut the fuck up". Had to basically threaten him to make him write the forms. I never went back and left him a 1 star review.

Gray ring around the iris and yellow fatty deposits under the eyes and sometimes on the hand and feet. Of course all the rest about cholesterol and why you get it is mostly long and I'm surprised anybody today is still pushing this nonsense. The primary cause of black build up in the arteries which is the damaging thing that happens because it can break off and cause heart attacks and strokes is the excess consumption of sugar in large quantities over short periods of time which cause high levels of blood sugar which cause scarring of the arteries which the cholesterol then rushes into repair. The cholesterol is your patch that fixes the problem with your artery but unfortunately later in life the patch can break free and clot the blood and cause a clot or cause a blockage and give you a stroke or a heart attack.

The real answer do not get cholesterol deposits in your artery and getting the artery scarring is to avoid large doses of sugar over short periods of time which your insulin cannot handle that's your blood sugar rises causing an acidic blood which scars the inside of your arteries just as if you injected acid into your bloodstream.

Course the other thing to do is to not eat too many calories so you don't get fat and if you already are fat don't listen to anybody who says you have to exercise they're lying to you. What you have to do is eat below a thousand calories a day and the weight will melt off as your body uses its fat for fuel which is why fat exists and what your body is supposed to do. Personally when I want to lose weight I eat about 500 calories a day consisting of pure protein and vitamins and electrolytes and some vegetables maybe some mixed vegetables.

What "they say" is high is actually healthy.
Learn why they want levels lower.

That stupid nigger couldn't tell you the cause of high cholesterol much less the actual dangers associated with it.
