The fault always goes to the driver in the rear, plus, the right lane, as a rule,is for slower vehicles, not for passing, the jeep should have signalled but I highly doubt that it would have even been noticed...both drivers in rear are idiots but the fault goes to the BMW nigger

All North American drivers are at fault for driving like retards all over the freeway. Somehow they think you can just pick a lane and sit in it because "I'm going the speed limit" and not use a turn signal or check your rearview mirror. I have never seen such degenerate driving in a supposed first world country like Canada and America. Hitler would be disappointed at the least.

And I always fucking signal. When did signalling become optional? The roadways are crawling with niggers and theyre not all black.

Actually it is the fault of the flashing lights cars in the fast lane! (only half joking). It really pisses me off when the left lane is blocked by slow moving idiots, they actually cause the fast moving cars to have to make stupid choices like going in the middle/right lane to get around them. Of course, if BMW was going 120mph and flashing light car was going 80mph then I would feel less likely to blame flashing light car- but I have a feeling the left lane and middle lane were cars doing barely 60mph, and they should, kindly, get out of the fucking way. Middle lane car was an idiot for not using turn signal or being aware that a car was overtaking them at a fast rate of speed. BMW was an idiot for going so fast, but he was probably just trying to get around these asses.

A driver that likes to drive fast and get where I'm going and often has to deal with slow motherfuckers on the "fast lane", meaning I have to pass them in the middle or right/slow lane.

In Baltimore this is how niggers drive (BMW). Jeep owners are clueless white women with ducks in the windshield. It's your fault because you didn't check your rear view mirror and get the fuck out of the way.

That’s exactly what it’s like for me on a 20 mile stretch of highway on the way to the city. Slow left lane pothead nigger drivers combined with 120mph crackhead nigger drivers. It always feels unsafe, so I’ve been staying away and have settled into red suburbia, which comes with Dodge 1500 pickup trucks riding your ass no matter how fast you’re going. Can’t. Win.

One of many reasons that my #1 goal when driving is to put as much distance between myself and other cars on the road. Sometimes that means speeding up to get ahead, other times it means letting cars pass me by.

I do not trust the fucking idiots on the road with my pet rock, let alone with my life.

The guy speeding. When you speed you need to take into account the actions of those in front of you and how they will react when they see a car speeding up their ass.

I think you've got to prosecute this one hierarchically. Who is being most reckless? Obviously the BMW. He drifts across two lanes doing 30+ above the flow of traffic, and he drifts into the slow lane. The Jeep bears responsibility for not using its signal, but, had the BMW been going a reasonable speed, the accident would almost surely not have happened. Had the Jeep used its turn signal, there is still a decent chance the accident would have happened.
