Two rules of thumb bmi over 30 but that isn’t always the case as people are different but the main one you can count on is you are considered fat if you divide your waist by your height, if it’s .5 or less you’re okay but if it’s over .5 you’re overweight/fat/obese the closer you get to 1, morbidly obese if you are 1 or over I believe…I’m not a doctor.

(Edited: to clarify it’s the waist to height ratio i.e. waist in inches divided by height in inches)

wiping stick

True story back in the day, busted both hands in a new years eve street brawl/ fight.
Both hands in casts up to the elbow (one hand with two pins sticking out holding knuckles in-situ).
Only had movable thumbs for 6 weeks - the wiping stick comment reminded me that i had to wrap toilet paper around my thumb and then navigate the cast at some weird winged acute angle for clean up on isle two. Was interesting times would not reccomend.

Lol, unfortunately no, ever tried having a shower and keep both arms dry?.
The hospital did offer to provide an inhouse carer to come over to the house and help with bathing and toilet time every couple of days/ umm thanks but no thanks. Shittiest 6 weeks of my life (so far!).
