How does abolishing the 13th amendment do anything for putting a stop to "innocent whites" being "raped by police of any color and have been falsely accused, charged, imprisoned, and/or sentenced to do time in prison, life in prison, or the death penalty."?
The 13th amendment (emancipation) was illegally ratified. The original 13th amendment, which forbid dual citizenship, foreign titles holding public office and the like, was ratified in 1811, but removed during the War of 1812. It can be found in the National Archives. It is also in a military manual from 1825 that has the original Constitution as the first chapter. Essentially, since the US Republic ceased to exist in 1871, the only legal amendments are 1 through 13, in its original form.
Pick your own damned cotton. Nonwhites have no business being alive, never mind being within our countries. The world is our birthright. Write the laws today that will govern an entirely white world in the future, lest you cause the same problems for your grandchildren that our grandparents gave to us.
Don't bring me problems, bring me solutions m. thatcher
The 13th amendment abolishes slavery, except for punishment for crime. If there was a technology (probably already is) to modify a criminal mind, such that the person will not commit any more crimes, would it be ethical? Wouldn't the innocent also get caught in this net and be reformed, even having committed no crime?
Burgess delved into this rather uniquely in "A Clockwork Orange". Kubrick turned it into a visual masterpiece. It used to be required reading; however, the liberal overlords decided to teach kids about cutting off their dicks instead.

The whole constitution needs to be scrapped and re-written for Whites and only Whites though. That or get rid of it and put in something else.
