I bet there's over a thousand people just like Puffy Combs or Jeffery Epstein who have collected evidence on supposedly powerful people

I just have to imagine that all the mother fucking bastards involved in any of that shit all had their own parties at their own secretly wired with camera locations and each and every one of them have dirt on each other

There aren't many houses very close to the Playboy Mansion. So unless Jack Nicholson lived in the house right behind it which is the only one close by it'd be very hard to build a tunnel to anywhere. The Playboy Mansion is on a big plot of land and the only nearby house is the one that's right behind it.
