Whole food sources will be best. Vitamin C metabolism requires two enzymes which are included in whole sources.

When we consume artificial ascorbic acid, our bodies must produce the enzyme at the cost of bio available copper.

I stopped taking vitamin C in favor of fresh citrus fruit each day squeezed into clean water. Likewise, I stopped taking vitamin D in favor of a quality UBV lamp. I was the guy who burnt his dick a few weeks back.

This product uses whole food sources and contains no ascorbic acid.

Pine needle tea has more vitamin c than orange juice.

Cost is a few minutes yanking some needles off a tree every couple of weeks.

Yeah Amazon has Liposomal Vitamin C for $20.
Get you some EDTA,take them together and you can nuke MRNA/Nano and other metals from your system

Correlation vs causation

Adults need 90mg

Taking more is not great for you

Rosehip tea can have 426 mg, and they are free. You can just forage them. Just take samples from different bushes and send it to a lab for analysis.

Or do it yourself https://youtu.be/oI33svVr82U

90mg? I don't think that's true. Pretty sure you can't over do it with vitamin C. And by pretty sure I mean I take up to 20000mg a day, by way of sodium ascorbate, and have had no ill effects. 90mg is less than a tenth of a normal vitamin C tablet.

yeah i take 1000mg and feel amazing but I need more like 10000 or 5000mg

[ - ] dass 1 point 7 monthsSep 24, 2024 02:55:23 ago (+1/-0)

Yea concur. Basically, you can keep taking it up until you begin to have diarrhea.
My pharmacist takes up to 26 000 mcg (for 3/ 4 days) when she feels a cold or flu coming on.
I take 2000mcg daily and bump it up to 4000-5000 when i feel sickly.

[ - ] anon 1110370 [op] 0 points 7 monthsSep 24, 2024 19:00:05 ago (+0/-0)

What brand are you and your pharmacist using?

[ - ] dass 1 point 7 monthsSep 24, 2024 20:28:23 ago (+1/-0)*

She uses high strength liposomal vit c liquid drops. No way i could afford to use it in those amounts, but since she owns and runs the pharmacy franchise (Unichem) and also owns an online supplement/health and beauty website i guess she can go crazy without worrying about=t cost too much.

I use Sandersons brand Vitamin C - Ester-plex 1300mg with bioflavonoids https://www.sandersonvitamins.co.nz/collections/vitamin-c

Their whole entire range seems pretty damn good to me,most of my supplements are variously sanersons brand, with several other random brands that have a better price point for equivalent quality/ ingredients or for things that they dont produce (some amino acid powders in higher dosages etc and some other vitamins, weirdly they do vit B, C, D, E but not A).

I DONT think they sell Sanderson here in the states. It appears to be a new Zealand brand

[ - ] anon 4024125 0 points 7 monthsSep 25, 2024 15:28:55 ago (+0/-0)

Oh snap. i live here in NZ. LOl
Just looked on the site again. correct they seem to only do Asia Pasific, Korea, Fiji and Hungry.

I could suggest Nutra-life brand ester C (another NZ Company) that's available in the states. I use to use them before finally settling on Sanderson. https://www.nutralife.com/products/immune-health/vitamin-c-1000mg240-tablets/
Or Solgar (American brand) but some of their range are full of all sorts of binding.

You are correct sir. Some cancers are now being treated with extremely high levels of vitamin C. Like 50000-100000 mg daily

God gave you an immune system that works without supplements

Eat right, and at least walk a couple miles a day, you dont even have to workout, just use your body to complete tasks, and eat sensibly meat and vegetables and fruit.

You dont need to buy anything extra to be healthy

anyways, you're going to die no matter what

God didn’t give us glyphosate to spray on the crops and animal feed which unfortunately chelates magnesium and copper from everything.

Nor did God tell us to spray everything with bromine or fluoridate the water. Fortunately, we discovered how to source iodine.

[ - ] anon 1995479 -1 points 7 monthsSep 24, 2024 01:22:17 ago (+0/-1)

do you believe glysophate is stronger than your natural immune system

[ - ] anon 1558950 2 points 7 monthsSep 24, 2024 01:36:14 ago (+2/-0)

yes

[ - ] ItsOk2bArian 1 point 7 monthsSep 24, 2024 03:45:16 ago (+1/-0)

Duhfuck kind of question is that?
Do you think your immune system is immune to cancer causing chemicals? Your liver and kidneys can only filter out so much. Toxins are a thing, I assure you

[ - ] dass 1 point 7 monthsSep 24, 2024 03:05:06 ago (+1/-0)

No, you need to 'feed' your immune system with all the required nutrients (vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids et al) for it to function optimally.
Much of today's modern sourced/ mass produced store brought foods/ fruits etc are extremely nutrient deficient - whether from gmo/ over-used mineral deficant soils etc and full of additives, sugars, seed oils.

Hate to pop your balloon but those didn't prevent you from getting sick. For starters the "Whole foods vitamin C" is a load of BS. "Whole Foods" means nothing. And shysters have been giving their 'medicines' all sorts of fancy names for as long as there have been suckers to buy them.

I didn't get sick either and I don't take vitamins at all.

Vitamin C itself has been studied very very extensively. The short of it is that it is literally impossible to take enough orally for it to have any preventative effect for colds or the flu. They will administer Vit C intravenously when they want it to be therapeutic, but even then the level in the blood needs to be constantly monitored to ensure it's correct. This means you need to be in a hospital.

Taking Vit C pills is a waste of money. Unless you're at risk of developing scurvy.

Besides the best guarantee there is to not get sick or die is to not get the jab.

[ - ] dass 1 point 7 monthsSep 24, 2024 03:07:03 ago (+1/-0)

Lol, then clearly you can't get 'enough' from eating foods either.

You sound silly.

[ - ] anon 6714718 -1 points 7 monthsSep 24, 2024 14:54:14 ago (+0/-1)

You apparently don't realize that "orally" includes vitamin pills, ie. not just food.

Regardless, clearly we can get 'enough' vitamin C from our diet. Do you even think before you type? You sound stupid.

[ - ] dass 0 points 7 monthsSep 24, 2024 15:48:47 ago (+1/-1)

Your comment dismisses 'whole foods vitamin c, with 'i dont take vitamins at all', and taking vitamin pills is a waste.
Obviously, if an individuals food source is vitamin c deficient - you need fcking vitamin c supplements goofball.

Clearly there are 'some' people that don't get enough vitamin c.
