This is a very good question. To really answer, we're going to have to "dive in" a little. Let's start with some basis (:

Exercise: A disciplinary task. More directly, requires learning through trauma.

Exorcism: A dislocation of mental alignment under control of a wizard.

She would need to build a disgust for her previous self's abandonment of motherhood, and her entire line. Further, an entire diet change would be necessary.

The reason she'd have physical danger is the same argument these "evil cunts" use against "conversion therapy" which is in fact a form of exorcism.
