Refined sugar is definitely bad but at least our bodies can use it.
I unfortunately haven't completely eliminated sugar or seed oils but I have greatly reduced them.
Guess I'm more of a "moderation is key" type person plus I am kind of lazy and poor. I can see my abs too so I guess it's going okay.
