I wouldn't be so sure that's Chlorine in the water. I've interacted with enough Indians to know that if food coloring was even a dollar cheaper than chlorine, they'd happy use that instead to keep a buck.

That's the thing, the high-caste ones have a minor amount of DNA leftover from the Whites who got to India and basically showed the monkeys how to civilization.

Even with that, and the re-conquering and re-building by the English, and with the entire jewish world siphoning off resources to help them, the Poos can only keep up that level of civilization. Once the gibs stop, they're going to collapse back to warring city-states scrounging in the ashes for scraps.

Civilization is incommunicable.
