The most I could find on the manuscript was that it was written in 1780 and is not an original, but an apparent copy. Maybe there's a chance it's not in fact Mozart but an imposter, which I doubt.
There's someone out there retconning reality for social engineering purposes. The Mandela effect. I assume this is just more of that. There is nothing new under the sun.
