I use either heavy cream or half and half. Occasionally I'll mix in a little hot cocoa powder.

Shit man. I got through college nearly hitting top marks in all my classes on the stuff, and have been drinking it daily since my late 20s.

I'm certain that it's not too good for you, but I always flush myself out by drinking half a gallon of water per day minimum.

But yeah, I should give it up too. I quit smoking 6 months ago (I miss it every day, not going back, though) and I substantially cut down my drinking when I stopped going out with the friends I had who were regular drinkers. One thing that doing that forced me to notice was how many TV shows and movies have everyone in a bar or drinking at home. Almost every scene at night involves someone drinking. Crazy how much programming is out there.
