Business idea

submitted by kingofhearts to whatever 7 monthsSep 21, 2024 05:09:22 ago (+1/-0)     (whatever)

How about building people's ready-to-assemble furniture? Requires little start up. All the tools are already provided. No skill required. Useful to people. It's genius. Better than working for the man.

How much would you pay to have someone build your cheap bullshit?

Depending on the size of the job, doing ~3 per day (9AM, 12PM, 3PM) for 5 days weekly @ $75 each comes to $54K annually. Maybe throw in a few Saturdays for some extra bux. Getting your name out there and a scheduling system would be the hardest part it seems.

already exists. 15 years ago when I was in college and working at Lowes we paid an assembly company to come assemble the bbq grills, patio furniture, etc for customers to buy pre-assembled dude made like $15 bucks per unit. he did about 3 an hour. was a lazy retarded nigger usually. probably could have done 6- once you had a system down. but he did have to do it outside in 105 temps.

I think $80-$100 is fair.

I could see it being a good side gig. People are lazy and ready-to-assemble furniture is annoying to build. The biggest hurdle would be connecting with people who would use such a service.

yeah, how would one do that. I think stores have some 'service' they offer that will do it for you

[ - ] kingofhearts [op] 1 point 7 monthsSep 21, 2024 06:55:27 ago (+1/-0)

Those stores rob you. Anyone with any sense avoids store services like the plague. Being white and independent is a big selling point.

I agree

so how does one get the chancwe to do the service?

That's the hard part. NextDoor.com would be my first stop.

already banned LoL

That would be the place to find 'people' to assemble furniture for. They're all fucking retarded and useless on there.
