A good solid short case for what I say, which is it is basically illegal to run a business in the US.
If you were to run a business in the US without a team of lawyers, which shouldn't be a certain requirement, and the government were to see everything you do, including things you do innocently, then the chance at criminal liability is higher than if you were to rob a Target. It is more illegal to run a legitimate company in the US than it is rob a Target unless you do extra steps to "get away with it". The default nature of running a business as you naturally would is a criminal act.
Or another way to look at how illegal something is is how much do I have to spend on lawyers to not go to jail after the government knows I've done it. Rob from Target, a public defender is good enough. Run a bitcoin exchange? I'm now spending 300k a year on lawyers as if I've already committed a criminal act.

And those lawyers have to keep reading up on all the continuous changes to law. The biggest threat to law-abiding people is the government, and it's an ever-changing threat so you can't just learn how to avoid it once.
I’m calling 100% bullshit on all of that. There’s no human brain on earth that could be put in that situ, and want to tell the story without using the names of the people that told you.
Even going out of his way to say “Biden admin” when he’s surely thinking of the exact person that told him.
