The exodus from NY continues at an accelerate pace

Been noticing much more lease, sale, abandoned properties all over the place. Not surprising, trying to run or own a business in NYC is close to impossible after you account for rental fees, and taxes. Owning a house isn't much better. I find it interesting how there were just a few for sale signs and now there's almost an explosion of them everywhere.

From what I've read, it's not just the taxes, fees, and certifications for the employers, but the taxes, fees, and certification for those seeking employment as well.

Sorry friend. Our plan is to empty out NY into south Florida and then we can run a wall just north of Jacksonville and Gainesville.
