They are coming for it because it works,so much better than keto,Adkins and the rest.
Trick is to drop the weight then level back out to normal varied diet without the shit that made you fat.
Pizza don't make you fat,junk pizza makes you fat.
Same with burgers and everything else,cook at home and stay active.
Your own body weight is the best gym tool ever.
You can't master it,a gym can't either.

I'm ok been on the anabolic for years. Constant energy all day no slumps. No tiredness at 230 300. Cholesterol level good. Blood pressure a little low. Remember everyone is different but this works for me. Once your on this for 2 or so weeks you can cheat on the weekends and eat anything you want . I don't now though because you actually get a carb hangover.They are going after this diet because it works. I was not a fatty , just the ab area was tough to trim . Of course exercising and not being a couch potato helps.
