Oh, I tried to follow the domain in your screenshot but it was down and the Wayback Machine only had archives from 2021. I did find a github repository but that hadn't been updated in a long time. Maybe it just stopped working due to lack of maintenance.

I get so many ads on my tv YouTube.

Google banned me from using why this ad, stop seeing this ad feature.

So now i exit video. Back in. Exit. Back in.etc untill no ads or a 5 sec ad.

Now that tiktok goes up to one minute they are going to kill. Does anyone remember the Wadsworth constant? Basically all videos should be about 2:45 in length. More broadly 1:00-7:00. Well on youtube they try to push onto you 7 seconds and 20:00+, the most useless video times.

Use Firefox Nightly, Ublock origin and LocalCDN. I never see adds. I use yandex for a search engine.

This has nothing to do with watch history. A few years ago, youtube began heavily pushing msm channels in search results as a way of combatting "misinformation".

My youtube shows me mostly what I want to see. It stops showing me stuff I haven't watched or clicked on in awhile. I've been banned for years, but it's still watching my current interests. I don't see ads because of uMatrix.

Just refreshed a youtube tab and there's no msm. 60 to 70% current interests. I rarely search on youtube though.

I'm not talking about ads or about what youtube recommends to you on your home page or in the sidebar of videos you're watching. I am talking specifically about search results. Try searching for anything related to current events, particularly those that are political in nature.

Right, that's why I don't search political stuff on youtube. Results would be some jewish bullshit, whether it's the harris or trump flavor. If I do search, it's more for a video of a current event like a volcano, car crash, or whatever.
