No disc drive, no stand.

These companies are delusional. Console gaming is no longer viable and I consider it a scam. Anyone with an IQ above 85 would buy a PC instead of getting buttfucked by Sony or Microshit. I grew up a console gamer, and have always preferred consoles. Until this generation. I am DONE paying to play online. I am DONE paying higher prices for worse versions of games. And now you want to kill off physical media, the one thing that sets you apart from PC. The one thing that makes you relevant. They are hellbent on making their digital store a monopoly. The people running these companies are retards. I can see a future where consoles are given away for free. Because no one in their right mind would pay to get buttfucked like this.

It used to be so cool to buy a game, and you owned it. No DLC, no microtransactions, shit didn't have to update every five minutes, and no one banned you for screaming obscenitites.

Gaming companies got so greedy, they are basically just fucking all their users.

I had a console during every generation since the Atari 2600 but even I transitioned to the PC in 2012. Not only are the games cheaper, but they look better and there is literally no need to buy the same game again so you can play it on the new hardware. It is just better in every way.

xbox is done and now sony has no competition and will jew the ever loving fuck out of gamers from here on out. If Nintendo Switch 2 keeps their price low and has the games to back it up they could take this gen because playstation has no good games on the horizon other than gTA6.

Xbox is third-partying all their games to Playstation, Forza just came and Halo is coming soon. Its over. Xbox lost the console wars. If you have to buy any console I'd get a PS5 base disc version but that's just my opinion.

I like the idea of the steamdeck but I don't think I'd ever use it. It's too big. I don't think I would be comfortable playing it in public. Phone + roms is the extent of my mobile gaming. Old games with no strings attached, nice and discreet. It's all I need.

I used the hell out of my steam deck. Mostly at hotels or when on vacation. They're not really as heavy or bulky as you'd think (like a cross between a Switch and old Sega Gamegear). They're pretty damn versatile and a steal for the price.

Gay ass apple finally just allowed emulation back on iPhones. It was amazing to hear after years of trying to fight it. Actually I had a found a website that hosts the emulation and saves it for you. It’s pretty cool. Free. You wouldn’t know it’s a website and not an app if I didn’t tel you. But now I got Pokemon on my phone again. It’s good for when I’m bored. Making me feel like a kid again a bit.

That's why I like android. You're limited to what is possible not what the phone manufacture says you can do. Why use a website which wont exist in a few years? If it's allowed, local and offline is the way to go.

Yea I use an iPhone just because it’s what I’m used to. Thats it. That’s the only reason. And even though I’m complaining I’ll probably get another iPhone the next go around. I’m dumb. I don’t feel like learning a new phone. But with a computer I don’t get a Mac. So I guess that’s a couple points…. EXCEPT my laptop just bough last December has an intel chip that might just up and die so yay!!!
