Copious amounts of tren, insulin and mega dosing hgh are all needed to reach this size. Obviously doing a lot of damage, but I still think it's the Vax.

So many champion level bodybuilders are alive and well. Look at jay cutler. One of the best. On a shit load of stuff. Still looks good.

Whats tren?

[ - ] fritz_maurentod 5 points 7 monthsSep 12, 2024 16:15:43 ago (+5/-0)

Trenbolone, an anabolic steroid. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pBi3LncK1zg

Trenbolone - One of the more widely used/ abused steroids.

Yeah I saw this story. Sounds like the vax but it could also be heart enlargement from steroids.

"Unexpextedly!"™

Doctors "baffled"™. Again.

Anybody else here remember all of those times in years past when we'd hear about trained athletes just suddenly dropping dead every week?

Yeah, me neither.

It makes you wonder what it's all for... This guy worked his ass off to develop a beast of a physique, and at 36 years old, it's all gone! All that time wasted in the gym, he could've really been living life...

This was a thought to me, too, punishing his body like that as his life. Even if it was his way to pay the light bill, most careers/jobs are not 24/7 and so all consuming. Whether it was steroids, the clot shot or abusing his systems and organs with the amounts of food he consumed, he died doing what he did. Seems like slow suicide. This is from someone who was a fitness/adrenaline junkie, but even I mixed in lots of downtime activites.

Well, that's about as pragmatic as one can get about this situation. I guess when it's your time, it's your time. Liked the quote by the way. Also liked the link, I can kill hours with a link like this...

Etymology and phraseology have always "gotten my gourde." Especially as I have traveled. More than a couple folk have laughed or delighted at some word or phrase that I picked up growing up. The last time was the word "shit-heel." He asked me to repeat "that" word. I was like "which word?" He said "shit-heel" and started chuckling. I was caught off guard to give an exact translation. It refers to so much so many! "A louse, a wrong-doer, a bad person or person who did a bad thing." Here's the "official" story according to the OED. "shit-heel is considered coarse slang." You don't say?! Here's an unfettered account of "shit-heel."

Man one of the worst mistakes I ever made was stopping working out for several years. I was such a beast and it’s so hard to get it back.

[ - ] lord_nougat 0 points 7 monthsSep 12, 2024 17:59:20 ago (+0/-0)

Fucking seriously, man.
I am hoping that if I ever get seriously serious again, it'll be easier to get back than if it never existed in the first place.

That last job tried its best to kill me, but it has failed thusfar...

Dude, we're all committing slow suicide in one way or another.

[ - ] dass 1 point 7 monthsSep 12, 2024 20:30:13 ago (+1/-0)

Agreed. The guy was treating his body like a Clydesdale workhorse to reach his goal of weighing in at 380lbs - force feeding himself prodigious amounts of food (16 000cal - 7 meals daily on top of supplements/ etc ) and massive amount of anabolic steroids - he was basically on a permanent heavy lifting bulking up routine - guy was a clown - no way his body/ heart could with stand all this 'forced' growth. Year in year out.
He could have cut down to a 'normal' regime, been healthy look jacked and lived into his 80's - excepting of course the clot shot on top of juiced to the gills.

No surprise there. I watched this guy get surgery.... In a gym.

They just stabbed him with a scalpel in the middle of a gym.

Video is on YouTube

[ - ] TheNoticing 0 points 7 monthsSep 13, 2024 09:12:54 ago (+0/-0)

That sounds fucking gruesome. How could surgery have been performed in a gym and not a sterile hospital environment?

[ - ] HeyJames 0 points 7 monthsSep 12, 2024 23:39:48 ago (+0/-0)

Steroids

[ - ] Dingo 0 points 7 monthsSep 13, 2024 14:21:22 ago (+0/-0)

Stumped. But in this case because there are TOO MANY obvios culprits.
