my last 3 had em. got a shit hot asus rog that someone fucked up and priced it as a core i5 8gb ram and RTX 3050, ended up with an i7 with 16gb and an rtx 4050, it came out about $1500 AUD less than what it should have been, thanks Officeworks!

last one was an MSI Apache Pro i had for 6 or 7 years and ended up giving to a mate. must have bought that a good 10 years ago.

Last I checked an upgrade on a laptop GPU could run you 15 hundy. I mean going from 4060 to 4080 or some shite

This has been a thing for a while. They've definitely been getting better. Still not desktop performance and forget it if you don't have it plugged in constantly.

I'd rather be at the controls of my 22-250 Savage C/W 26" fluted 1:12twist barrel and XP-Bolt and wide choice of optics that are determined by theater of operation...ie wide open plain, grubby, swamp-marsh or even heavily populated urban areas.

Savage, thumbhole laminate stock with bi-pod...that fucking rifle is deadly accurate, no variations from 50-600yrds, I dial in for required MOA and can push a rattlesnake's eye through it's asshole...58-62grn polymer tips are mostly what I load for this one.
