old friend of mine used to be a manager at one of the auto parts chain stores. he said that the gangstas would routinely park in the lot, pull the drain plug, and while the car was draining go inside and buy new oil. which is really insane when you realize that, at least here in MN, any of these auto stores that sell oil are legally obligated to take in the old oil for recycling. it's too much work for the monkeys to drain the oil into a pan, so they just spill it in the parking lot.
