Did I miss something? Who is the owner of the shit bull that killed this poor girl? I know they talk about the parents' love of pit bulls and "not getting another dog, because they have two other children", but that leaves a really important question unanswered: WHOSE DOG WAS THIS? WHY ARE THEY NOT IN PRISON?!

If it was the parents' dog that did this, which is what it appears to be (shitty writing on dailymail? What else is new?)... but because the article is written by a fucking moron, we don't know. A pit bull could've jumped a fence and bit the girl, for all we know.
