Eating seed oils will inflame your body, but if you clean up your diet you might find that you don't burn nearly as easily.

I built up my tolerance to sun burn by literally setting myself on fire. Now my skin is transparent and it never burns. Also I can walk through walls. Couldn’t do that before.

How does this get you more dick pics?

[ - ] jfroybees 0 points 7 monthsSep 11, 2024 12:47:04 ago (+0/-0)

I've read stories of people doing this. Reduce seed oils/pufa and don't burn as easy

How does this work? Does the reduction in inflammatory seed oils accomplish a similar reduction in inflammation after high doses of UV radiation? If so, how does that prevent the cellular damage from the UV? Doesnt that only reduce the inflammatory reaction to sun damage?

By far

Skin cancer comes from sun tan lotion anyways

I heard you dont get sunburned if you dont wear sunglasses because it all goes out your eyeballs paul

I also heard the same thing.

That was something else I never paid any heed to, not that we get much sunlight in ole blighty really.

Sounds right.

That's pretty funny. University of Edinburgh doing Sun exposure research.

That's like researching the use of snowshoes in Phoenix.

I'm glad you're still mostly friendly.

Absolutely. Also, sunblocks have carcinogens in them.

[ - ] anrach 2 points 7 monthsSep 11, 2024 11:04:50 ago (+2/-0)

Nah, I'd rather remain a creature of the darkness who eats the livers of animals to steal their sunlight nutrients.

Yes. Clearly true. The question is how long and what time of day. You want a bit of high noon to get the vitimin d. Then beyond that benefit a morning walk and evening walk are going to give your eyes the benefit of having seen normal light at least a few times a day.

Being out in the sun all day and often is where the fear of sin cancer comes.

'Sin Cancer'. I like it

Haha all libs are dead.

Correlation is not causation. We have no idea why people living in Scotland have a higher rate of cancer and cardiovascular death than Cornwall. Supposedly the study adjusted for excercise levels. I doubt that can be done with high accuracy.

Remember faggots, they are talking about low light countries i.e northern europe. Thats equivalent to UV levels in Canada, maybe some border states like Maine, Minnesota. They didn’t study white people living in Arkansas. All the old white people I know get skin cancer and they ain’t field hands.

If you are a gloriously white fuck like me, minimize your UV exposure except during winter. Take a vitamin D3 pill to improve your immune and brain function. I use mineral sunscreens, except for my face where I use the “chemical” formulas, everytime I leave the house in summer. And I cover up with long sleeves, pants, hats whenever tolerable. Sunlight has some benefits but it is radiation and it absolutely increases the aging process in your skin. That is more than just a vanity issue. Your skin is a major organ.

No wonder the ruling class wants us to stay inside all day glued to our screens.
