How about a social network exclusively for rich people! Do you think this idea would have a future?

A place where rich people could publish their wealth content and connect with other people from the same social network. Would this idea have any adherence from these types of people? By the way, do you have any millionaires here to answer this?

Wouldn’t work.

Actual wealthy people don’t waste their time with such things.

Wealthy folks, just don't care what the poor think/want.

I wish I were a millionaire (sadly, nowhere near), but I work in an industry that caters to them. I don't think many would go for it as they'd be too suspicious, maybe new money though (wealthy influencers/non-generational wealth folks) can't get enough of themselves; the other group of generational/old money families are mostly humble and hard to spot in a crowd (young me always thought they walked around with monocles like the Monopoly Man or with top hats and canes like Mr. Peanut lol).

With that said, it is my opinion that it would take tact to bring in the majority of the wealthy. You might try a slightly different premise like the facilitation of vacation rentals advertised as curated/white-glove service with a social networking gimmick on the side (encourage exchanges of vacation photos and blog space for each rental, as opposed to a traditional social network - it could easily turn into one if it catches on). Add to that, offer up a small percentage of the finders fee to charity, and you're all set (they love that shit).

"most humble"

youve never met a millionaire in your life. not an old money one anyway.

to gain, and keep, millions, you have to be prepared to haggle a price for your grandmother, make a deal, break it, renegotiate the price, agree, not hand her over, renegotiate it, settle, finally hand her over, then start litigation to get her back and keep the money, while negotiating with someone else to sell her again, and then keep on doing it and litigating the fuck out of people until they just go 'fuck it' and stop throwing more money at it.
