Why do the jews have contribution caps to Roth IRAs and 401Ks?

Jews want you to shove your money into these vehicles, so why the caps on them? Why not just have unlimited fund allocations to the casino?

Practically all these retirement vehicles come off as austerity for the goy, so jews get to live a comfy, parasitical life.
