Do people really believe a DNA test is done by a "lab" in some random studio, and comes back in a few mins? Imagine being so gullible. Not saying she isn't jewish, but those test results, if real, take WEEKS to be completed.

The faster tests only take 1 or 2 hours to complete. My take on it (if it's real) is that this is probably spliced together, and the actual time between submitting the test and getting results may have been in that 1 or 2 hour range.

The test itself may only take a few hours to run, but it has to be sent out to a lab and then wait in line. 23andme's site says 4-6 weeks turnaround time.
