So apparently judge mershon decided yesterday to postpone Trump's sentencing hearing until after the election so we're not going to have a revolution this week if he was sentenced to jail.

Had no choice. The recent SCOTUS decision on presidential actions threw sand in their gears.

They already know that the recent bullshit "conviction" on bullshit charges is going to almost automatically overturned on appeal anyway.

The plan was to have him tried, convicted and sentenced well before the election. Because then having it overturned would be well after the election.

This is the partisan judge throwing in the towel and signaling that the con is over.
