I agree with your sentiment. I was a big fan of alcohol. Over a few years, it made me look soft. I’d always been in good shape but then I saw a photo of myself and was like: Who’s that fat guy wearing my clothes? It was time to stop.

Haven’t touched a drop since. No longer looking soft.

I knew a guy bloated like that. I can't remember what it was but he was gonna die if he kept drinking. He was usually normal but he looked pregnant. He was told to stop drinking immediately. He did and in a couple weeks he was good

It takes decades of abuse from alcohol. And even then it takes shitty diets on top to destroy the liver.

But over dose in aspirin/ibuprofen can do it in a day and is the most vommon cause now.

Hiw many people even know how dangerous painkillers are to the liver?
