I enjoy listening to what folks post here, even if it's nothing I would listen to on my own.

I've gotten a few solid recommendations from folks here.

Dial used to post some of the most outlandish shit I've ever heard. I didn't care for any of it and it was interesting being exposed to content that I most likely would never have seen otherwise.

I post music here, but in my day-to-day life I listen to obscure stuff that no one would like here or would make fun of me for.

What's shitty dad rock, in your estimation? I probably agree with you, I am so fucking tired of rock bands from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. If you've ever worked in a place with a radio, you've heard their "hits" enough times that you could be sick to death of them.

Just listening to the singing voices of most of those degenerates is annoying. Maybe that's why I listen to mostly instrumental shit nowadays.
