I cannot function without sleep.

A day without sleep robs me of all dopamine, passion, and work ethic. I never get sick but will request a day off if something fucks my sleep. Fortunately, this has only happened twice in the last 5 years.

Carnivore diet gives me the best sleep of my life. Only when I eat trash do I start to lose sleep and feel like trash.

My knees also get weak when I dont sleep a night, its really my whole body that is weak, you can feel it around noon, the wierdest shit once the sun goes down again, wide awake again.
