It's hard to believe this shit is real, but it seems so.

Just Google it. They're vaccinating farmed Atlantic salmon and lumpfish so they don't have to use antibiotics. Their also researching genetic modifications with plans to create modified fisheries in the oceans.

They feed those fish Canola, soy and probably other industrial crap. Then they wonder why they get sick, so they ((vaccinate)) them.

Technocrats are meddling with nature forever lower into the food chain. At some point they're going to say we need to create GMO bacteria in the soil, and GMO algae in the oceans. Then we're going to be really screwed.

They could feed other fish but not too many species of fish eat dead fish. Even feeders you buy in the store for 10 cents each are alive to feed to larger fish.
