Contacts them. Extorts something of actual value instead of just some address in a real country.
Any account/identity correlation is to spook you, but it also tells you which account was compromised if they reveal say, a password they claim they know, if its old or better yet if you use a different password everywhere you go, you can tell where they got it.
Even without data leak hacks, of which we just had like, all the biggest ones ever (still mostly useless contact data btw)... they were already selling, trading and giving away all your datas anyway (for like decades).
so expect everyone who has ever had a library card to get the black mirror emails. dont respond, if you can fake a bounce, even better. pretend to be a dead email address until they go away.
you will probably get phishing attempts at that email for the next 200 years. or just make a new one. I feel like my comment was more helpful than the other guys' his was funnier though
you could show us the text of the email with the identifying info removed, in fact, googling certain sections of the text (esp the bitcoin address itself) will likely show you a page with about 7,000 other randos who got the same templated email.
