He's already got a nuke sub in the Arctic passage that has entered Hudson Bay right down to just north of James Bay...slipped right under American and Kanastan navy surveillance ship, it even scrambled the detection monitors near Baffin Island, Hudson and Davis Straights, also, there's a major global shipping port at Churchill Manitoba on the West shoreline of Hudson Bay that receives and sends cargo from ships of all flagged origins, lots of contraband comes into North America from that route, (and I mean lots) it was the best kept secret for a long time and it was heavily exploited by "subcultural organizations".
