why does rule of law even exist anymore?

Not that it shouldn't exist, but given the landscape, why even pretend? The entire judicial system is broken, and yet idiots still cling to the idea it will work with the right people. It never worked properly, even a hundred years ago, explain: prohibition, woman's rights, CRA, Federal reserve, buying random plots of land without approval, the bullshit gun laws. So why even bother with the charade?

Except when it's not, like when the arresting officer lies in the arrest report, the prosecutor then also purposely continues with conflating the account and the Judge rules according to false testimony of the officer and prosecution fantasy.

So you want to remove all the politicians. Which means all elected officials will no longer be in power. After the government is gone, there will be a new set of people that will try to create a new government. Maybe it is multiple states or potential rival states. Whatever it is will be very very messy. People also forget how there are rival currencies. Fiat, bank notes/ Fiat, commodity backed notes, barter... Commerce gets very difficult very quickly. If you have a stable society, commerce is easy.

The Rule of Law is 'do as you're told'. Why would it cease to exist? The same principal applies on the global scale with the Rules-Based Order.

Whether individual or country, doing differently than you're told will result in financial attacks, escalating to physical attacks if necessary.

That's dumb. It does not mean that at all.

The "rule of law" means the the law is written so that anyone can read it and see that it's being enforced as it's written.

Look at the murder law, for example. The law defines what a "murder" is and what constitutes a breech of the law and prescribes specific punishments for breaking that law.

EDIT: Actually, I apologize. It does actually suggest "no one is above the law". Sorry.

Rule of law refers to a condition, a state of being in a given society/civilization.

Currently it does not exist in places like Chicago, it does exist in most cities and towns for the most part.

If you read the histories of law you realize we don't have rule of law. Legeslation is not law and most of our legeslation is not even lawful. We have an occupation force violating the law. Reading the early debates on parlamentarianism and all thier fears they were gaslit as never going to happen have happened. Basics of law are, and it really is this simple, you need victim and intent and for legeslation to be lawful enforcement needs to be on the grounds of voluntary informed consent. So the idea was we make rules and people agree to praticipate and pay fines but they need to consent to follow that rule. The force to follow legeslation violates the law. this is common law which is above all other law( jury of your peers determines by conscience whether or not you broke a law, in canada this is coded by our early parlamentarians as a jury can say you violated a rule but it wasn't unlawful( like you killed a pedo and they decide that is OK by conscience)). This is how roman law works and our legal system technically should work but the buerocrat class has enforcement idiots who don't know better. Police and judges are technically all comiting treason with how they make everyone follow legeslation
